Named after its founder Vincent Sator, the Sator gallery opened its doors in 2011 in the Marais district of Paris, 8 passage des Gravilliers, with the aim of promoting emerging French and international contemporary artists. The space is now only accessible by appointment.

A second space has opened in Romainville, 43 rue de la Commune de Paris, and regularly presents new exhibitions, from Wednesday to Saturday.
