The exhibition features a large Wall Drawing by David Tremlett, an in-situ work presented alongside a selection of works on paper from the 1970s to the present day, handpicked by the artist to capture the viewer's eye and sensibility. His works, varying in scale, draw inspiration from Aboriginal, Etruscan, and Ndebele art, as well as from the great masters of the Renaissance (Giotto, Piero della Francesca, Mantegna, etc.). David Tremlett’s artistic practice lies at the intersection of architecture and painting, offering a true poetics of place, gesture, and time.
