The exhibition

At the Rodin Museum, the cohabitation of the creations of the father of modern sculpture and those of Antony Gormley, for whom the relationship of man to the space which surrounds him is central in the work he has been carrying out for a forty years, is more than welcome. Because observing Rodin's obsession with a body that carries sensations in the face of what surrounds him and what he experiences turns out to be all the easier as it is found in a sense in the contemporary language of Antony Gormley . Critical Mass II, the main installation created by the Briton who had just won the prestigious Turner Prize in 1994, invites us to observe not the body prey to its feelings, but the way in which it interacts with its physical environment. The fact remains that in both cases he is shown in his various states of being in the world.
